Connect Paige to OneDrive

Two working paths from Paige into OneDrive for Business: a Power Automate flow that files each finished document into a OneDrive folder with a meaningful name, or the OneDrive sync app on a PC so Paige's export lands in OneDrive directly. Which to pick and the step-by-step guides.

Every document Paige finishes can land in a OneDrive for Business folder as a searchable PDF — named from its own contents if you use Power Automate, or with Paige's generated name if you use the sync app. Either way, nobody uploads anything.

OneDrive (OneDrive for Business, "my Microsoft 365 files," the OneDrive folder in File Explorer) is a person's own file store in Microsoft 365. It has no folder-watching import, so Paige reaches it through Power Automate or through the OneDrive sync app on a PC.

Note

If the destination is a shared team library rather than one person's OneDrive, you want Connect Paige to SharePoint — same mechanics, plus metadata columns. Files "in Teams" are SharePoint, not OneDrive.
