Connect Paige to SharePoint

Two working paths from Paige into SharePoint Online: a Power Automate flow that files each finished document in a library and fills its metadata columns from Paige's extracted fields, or a synced library folder that Paige's export lands in directly. Which to pick, what ends up in SharePoint, and the step-by-step guides.

Every document Paige finishes can land in a SharePoint Online document library as a searchable PDF — named the way you want and, if you use the Power Automate path, with the library's metadata columns already filled from what Paige extracted. SharePoint search, views, and filters then work on that data from day one.

SharePoint (SharePoint Online, the document libraries behind Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams) has no folder-watching import of its own, so Paige reaches it in one of two ways: through Power Automate, which is the Microsoft-native way to automate SharePoint, or through the OneDrive sync client, which turns a library into a folder on a PC that Paige's export can write into.

Power AutomateYou want metadata columns filled and control over file names. Needs a Power Automate license that includes premium connectors (the SFTP - SSH connector is premium). This is the path most organizations should take.Send Paige documents to SharePoint with Power Automate
Synced folderYou just need the PDFs in a library, you already have a PC that stays on, and you don't have Power Automate premium. Metadata stays empty.Export Paige documents to a synced SharePoint folder

Both start the same way: Paige exports each finished document to an SFTP folder. Both guides include the Paige side.

Names people use for the same thing

If someone says "put it in Teams," "our Microsoft 365 files," "the company OneDrive," or "the SharePoint site," they mean a document library, and either path above applies. Files in a Teams channel live in that team's SharePoint library, so the Power Automate path files into Teams too — pick the team's site as the Site Address. For a person's own OneDrive rather than a shared library, see Connect Paige to OneDrive.
