**By the end of this guide you'll know how to sign in to the Ademero Support portal, reset a forgotten password, get a ticket to us with or without the portal, and keep your company's account tidy when coworkers join or your email domain changes.**

> **IMPORTANT:** Your portal login is **not** your Content Central login. The support portal is run by Zoho, our portal provider, so it has its own account and its own password. Changing one never changes the other.

## The portal address

The customer sign-in page is:

```
https://support.ademero.com/portal/en/signin
```

Bookmark it — it's the only address you need.

> **WARNING:** Only sign in (or start a password reset) at the address above. Links copied out of forwarded emails sometimes point to staff-only pages on the same site — those pages will never accept a customer login, and a password reset started there goes nowhere.

## Two ways to open a ticket

| Channel | How | Sign-in needed? |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Email** | Send your question to `support@ademero.com` | No — a ticket is created automatically |
| **Portal** | Sign in and submit a ticket from the portal | Yes |

Both land in the same place. Replies you post in the portal and replies you send by email thread into the same ticket conversation, so pick whichever is convenient — you can even mix them on one ticket.

> **NOTE:** Automated ticket emails arrive from **Ademero Support** (`noreply@ademero.com`), and replying to one goes to `support@ademero.com` — so replying to a ticket email updates the ticket.

## Create a portal account

1. Go to `https://support.ademero.com/portal/en/signin` and choose the sign-up option.

2. Register with your **work email address** — the one you'd use to email support. That's how your tickets and your company are matched to you.

3. Complete any confirmation the portal asks for, then sign in.

   **What you should see:** the Ademero Support portal, signed in as you.

> **NOTE:** A new portal account isn't always connected to your company's account automatically — see "Get coworkers linked to your company account" below.

## Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, click **Forgot Password**.

2. Enter your portal email address and submit the request.

3. Check your inbox — and your **spam and junk folders**. Reset emails come from Zoho Accounts (sender domain `portal.zohoaccounts.com`), not from Ademero's usual addresses, so mail filters treat them differently.

4. Still nothing after a few minutes? Use **Forgot Password** once more, then contact support if it doesn't arrive.

> **NOTE:** You can also reset the same password directly with Zoho at `https://accounts.zoho.com/password` — enter your portal email address there.

### If the reset email never arrives

Corporate email filtering can hold these messages in a quarantine that only your email administrator can see (common with Microsoft 365). The fastest route:

1. Request one reset at the sign-in page and note the approximate time.

2. Ask your email administrator to run a message trace for mail from `portal.zohoaccounts.com` around that time.

3. If the message was quarantined, they can release it and allow-list the sender so future resets get through.

You can also ask support to confirm that your portal account is active — that rules out an account problem versus a mail-delivery problem.

## Get coworkers linked to your company account

Coworkers can start opening tickets right away, two ways:

- They email `support@ademero.com` — no account needed.
- They sign up themselves at the portal.

Signing up creates their personal portal account, but it doesn't automatically connect them to your **company's** account. Ask support — by email or on any ticket — to associate your coworkers with your organization. Include each person's name and work email address, and support will link them.

## When your company changes its email domain

An email-domain change (say, `@oldcompany.com` becomes `@newcompany.com`) affects the portal more than you'd expect:

- Your **new address is a new contact** in the support system, with its own portal login. Your old address keeps working as a separate login, with its existing password.
- Your ticket history stays attached to your old address — it doesn't follow you to the new one automatically.
- **Tell support about the domain change.** Support will link your new address to your company's account and sort out your contact records so your history and company association carry over.

> **NOTE:** A domain change can also break your separate Content Central sign-in. That's fixed inside Content Central — ask your Content Central administrator, who manages user accounts there. Support-portal fixes never touch Content Central, and vice versa.

## Still stuck?

Email `support@ademero.com` (that creates a ticket by itself) or call **863-937-0272**. Include:

- The exact email address you're signing in or registering with
- What you tried (sign-in, **Forgot Password**, sign-up) and the approximate time
- The exact message the portal showed, or a screenshot
- If a reset email is missing: whether you checked spam/junk, and whether your email administrator can run a message trace

That's enough for support to confirm your account status, link you to your company, or chase a stuck email in one pass.
