# Connect Paige to NetSuite

Three working paths from Paige into NetSuite: a SuiteScript that pulls each finished invoice from Paige's SFTP export and creates the vendor bill with the PDF attached; NetSuite's CSV Import Assistant for batches from Paige's CSV; or emailing Paige's PDFs to NetSuite Bill Capture. Which to pick, what lands in NetSuite, and the step-by-step guides.

**Paige reads the invoice — vendor, invoice number, dates, total, line items, even handwritten ones — and NetSuite gets the vendor bill, with the PDF attached, without anyone keying it in.**

NetSuite (Oracle NetSuite) is unusually well equipped on the receiving side: it has a native SFTP module for scripts, a CSV Import Assistant, and its own Bill Capture inbox. Paige's export feeds all three.

## What lands in NetSuite

| | SuiteScript + SFTP | CSV Import Assistant | Bill Capture email |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| A **vendor bill** per invoice | Created minutes after Paige finishes, with expense lines from Paige's fields | Created when you run the import, in batches | Created by NetSuite's own reading of the PDF, for review in Bill Capture |
| Vendor, date, reference, amounts | From Paige's fields | From Paige's CSV columns | Whatever Bill Capture extracts; Paige's values aren't sent |
| The **PDF attached** | Yes, in the File Cabinet and on the bill | No — attach by hand afterwards | Yes — it's the source |
| Effort | A developer builds it once | Minutes per batch | Almost none |

## Pick a path

| Path | Choose it when | Guide |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **SuiteScript + SFTP** | You have NetSuite development skills in-house or from your partner, and you want bills to appear on their own with the PDF attached. No middleware; NetSuite pulls directly. | [Create NetSuite vendor bills from Paige with SuiteScript](/paige/integrations/create-netsuite-vendor-bills-from-paige-with-suitescript) |
| **CSV Import Assistant** | You already load transactions by CSV and can attach PDFs by hand, or don't need them attached. | [Import Paige invoices into NetSuite with the CSV Import Assistant](/paige/integrations/import-paige-invoices-into-netsuite-with-the-csv-import-assistant) |
| **Bill Capture email** | You license Bill Capture and are happy to review NetSuite's reading in its split-screen view; you mostly want Paige for the scanning, separation, and clean PDFs. | [Email Paige invoices to NetSuite Bill Capture](/paige/integrations/email-paige-invoices-to-netsuite-bill-capture) |
